The Heart of the Mission: Timbutini 2 CarePoint
We will spend our time at the Timbutini 2 CarePoint. This mission is about building relationships, not just completing tasks. Our main goal is to support the children and staff and form real connections that bring people together from different parts of the world.
- Each morning, you’ll spend time with pre-schoolers, and in the afternoons, you’ll mentor older children through lessons, home visits, and sponsor calls.
- On Saturday, we’ll have a Family Fun Day. The community will come together to share a meal, enjoy traditional dances, play games, and worship.
- We will join our partners for a church service at the Carepoint, grounding our work in shared faith and local leadership.
- At the end of our trip, we’ll go on a safari at Kruger National Park to reflect and enjoy the beauty of nature.
Investment & Impact
The average cost for this two-week mission is $4,500. Scholarships are available to help with costs for those who feel called to join.
