Join us for Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, an 8-week journey designed to help you slow down and encounter God in the depths of your real life. We will walk together through the critical work of understanding your family of origin, facing your "walls," and embracing grief and Sabbath. Come discover your authentic self in Christ and design a lifelong plan to live rooted in His love.
